How quickly will I receive a response?
We respond to every inquiry within 24 business hours. Premium and Business plan subscribers receive priority support for urgent technical issues.
Do you offer phone support?
No. We provide support by email and through the help center. Written answers are easier to act on and easier to share with the engineer who fixes the problem.
How do I report a bug or issue with the app?
Email hello@echowave.io with your account email, a description of what happened, the steps to reproduce it, and a screenshot or screen recording if you have one.
How do I manage my subscription, account, or data?
That is all self-service. From your account page you can update your details, manage or cancel your subscription, and delete your account and its data. Our privacy policy and security page explain how we protect your data.
Do you offer enterprise or partnership solutions?
Yes. For custom integrations, white-labelling, or partnership inquiries, email business@echowave.io with details about your requirements.
